Free from the confines of drawn-out therapy in sterile offices, our work takes place in real life — in homes, in nature, and in community — where healing can be felt, lived, and embodied.
Through compassionate guidance, connection with nature, and honoring neurodiversity, we walk alongside you as you remember who you are — whole, capable, and inherently worthy of love.
Our work centers those healing from the deep wounds of familial betrayal, systemic harm, and government abuse — including experiences within foster care, juvenile justice, mental health institutions, and social services.

Healing doesn’t have to happen in a sterile room with time limits and fluorescent lights. At Sacred Youth and Families, support happens in real life—in homes, in nature, and in community.
We offer membership-based mentorship and care for individuals, couples, families, and those healing after systems involvement. Sessions are unlimited each month, offered online or in-person when local.
🌿 Individual Mentorship – $85/month
Unlimited 60-minute sessions focused on healing the core wound, emotional reconnection, and spiritual remembrance. Includes optional guided meditations, prayers, and location-based healing tools.

Unlimited 75-minute sessions to nurture emotional alignment, sacred bonding, and soul-based communication. Offered in-person, in-nature, or online. Includes custom meditations and optional workbook.
